If you receive a product and are dissatisfied with it, you can request an exchange or return it within 14 days and for free. All of the information is provided below.
Make sure the garment is in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund.
Place the item back in its original packaging to protect it from any transport damage. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, use a box that will ensure that your garment is shipped safely.
Apply the prepaid return label (Step 2) to the package covering the original one.
If you received your order with UPS please go to a UPS Collection Point. Click here to find your nearest one.
You can track your return by entering the TRACKING number on the UPS website.
If you received your order with DHL, choose one of these options for returning your product:
After dispatching the product, you can track the shipment by entering the WAYBILL number (max. 10 numbers) on the DHL website. You can find the WAYBILL number on the return under the first barcode.
If you have made a return, we will refund the amount to your account in about 10 business days. The refund will be made through the same way you paid us.
